Civil Engineers continue to hijack our profession! I believe that OBO's throughout the country, particularly the BO's, should be mandated to take classes on RA 9266 and PD 1096. There are a whole bunch of ignorant BO's that need to be aware of these laws and implement them. It's not enough that only architects should know these laws. Why not the UAP or the PRBOA spearhead the seminars to take these classes onto the doorstep of OBO's throught the country? JOJO SANTOS the QC and Engr. Harold yu the the project manager. Yes they are using their positions to facilitate their interest without the knowledge of the general manager. JOJO SANTOS a QC and a ghost contractor. he prepares all substandard space planning for all the model house units.he prepare all material specifications that are available materials that he can supply.it is also clear conflict of interest is within. Mr. santos is a under board civil engr.he prepares all documents without any supervision from the architect. in addition to this the said realty corporation have no architect to guide them mr .santos is a ghost contractor using a trade name of an inhouse contractor CALICA CONSTRUCTION and etc more than a year. we’ve heard recently that mr. santos together with other friend is trying to get a PRC license on whatever/how much it will Cost illegally.
